Tasly Cote d Ivoire convened its first motivational meeting for intermediate and senior distributors on July 4. Mr. Chen Shuye, General Manager of the firm, chaired the meeting in the presence of about 70 intermediate and senior distributors, specialty store owners and training instructors from various cities around the country.
At the meeting the General Manager introduced the new management of the firm and local employees to the distributors, which narrowed the gap between employees and distributors. Mr. Chen gave updates on work progress of the firm, e.g. the new training system would be introduced in July, the new training course in French was being made, latest Tasly health products were available on the market, and the new loan system and specialty store management practices would bring bigger development space for distributors. He also set out higher requirements on the routine work of distributors in hope that the whole team of Tasly and distributors would make persistent efforts for more influence of the Tasly brand in Africa and greater achievements.
Prince, a representative of top distributors, shared in excitement with other attendees the enormous help given by the firm since its establishment in 2007. Before its inception Tasly had no office in Cote d Ivoire and hence goods supply was inconvenient. Prince as a Ghanaian distributor had to go back and forth between Ghana and Cote d Ivoire. Despite that, goods were in short supply from time to time. In addition, the goods, which were of value, could not be carried in quantity every time, and consequently he had great trouble with turnover of stock. Once Tasly Cote d Ivoire was established in late 2007, the marketing department gave him firm support, holding motivational events at this store on weekends, helping him give lectures on product knowledge and marketing plan, and assisting him for several times in network analysis to correct imbalanced networking. Up to now, both his stores in the capital Abidjan and the tourist attraction San P dro have generated massive sales. Prince himself became one of the highest ranking distributors in the country at the beginning of this year. He also attended the Tasly Global Distributor Convention 2008 in Malaysia, Tasly Training Seminar for Top Distributors in Malaysia in 2009, and Tasly 15th Anniversary Celebration in China. The Tasly Business is very serious and promising. Prince said, All distributors should manage it earnestly, and work as hard as possible to achieve a win-win together with the firm .
New members of the Federation of Tasly Distributors were also elected at the meeting. The Federation which was founded a year ago mainly helped the firm with network maintenance. Then many new leading distributors hoped to join with the growth of the firm and the Federation intended to take this opportunity to admit new members to enhance its service capacity. The candidates were nominated and voted by distributors themselves, which eliminated unfair competitions among networks and ensured normal order of networking. Finally two new members were admitted according to the voting result.
