The ZM04-02 specialty store in Kitwe, Zambia attended the regional agricultural fair for the first time from May 28 to 31, achieving over $1,000 in sales and raising the fame of Tasly in this region. Later the company held a large motivational meeting at Edinburgh Hotel in the downtown. Thus the specialty store, through these two events, primarily set up its position as a service provider for the network around the city.
The annual Kitwe Agricultural Fair is the second most important trade fair in Copperbelt Province and particularly famous around Kitwe. Compared with neighboring direct selling enterprises at the fair, Tasly attracted more people by its products and work manners. This large-scale fair also earned the specialty store great recognition in Kitwe.
On June 20 the company held at Edinburgh Hotel in the downtown a large motivational meeting, to which 100 people or so went, and briefed the audience on the management of ZM04-02, networked MC service and routine training schedule. Transparent and standardized management which Tasly members are encouraged to overlook will be implemented for ZM04-02 to make sure that it becomes the real service center with respect to network training and MC test in Kitwe.
Since Kitwe is a little far from Ndola where the Copperbelt Office is domiciled, this city as the second largest in Copperbelt can not be covered with regard to some service functions. Hence it is strategically significant to build ZM04-02 into an integrated service center capable of helping the subnetworks with training, logistics and MC test.
