Accompanied by Mr. Chen Peng, GM of Tasly Kenya which is the central branch of Tasly Pharma International in Eastern Africa, CEO Bill Dai went to Tasly Uganda 22 April 2009 for work inspection.
The Chief Executive carefully checked the layout of the branch office and the storage and arrangement of products in the afternoon and gave some suggestions on improvement. He also chaired a staff meeting which was attended by all Chinese employees to discuss the subject of clarifying the forward direction and reforming the work strategy.
Listening to work reports by all the Chinese employees, CEO Dai inquired about the details of each task and gave important instructions. He also put forward feasible solutions in favor of market growth in the country after learning specific conditions of the Ugandan market, especially some current marketing problems and shortcomings.
As the meeting ended, the CEO presided over another meeting involving some senior Ugandan distributors, listened to their opinions and suggestions, and made analysis and discussion with them on the economic background, development process and future prospect of the Ugandan market. CEO Dai, in this free and pleasant talk, answered the distributors questions and fired them with enthusiasm. The distributors felt the pragmatism and concern of the company and were firmly convinced of the development of the Tasly Business in Uganda.
On the morning of April 23, Mr. Wu Fenghua, GM of the branch company, reported the key tasks in the next stage in accordance with the subjects of the meeting on April 22 to the CEO, who gave instructive comments later.
The entire staff of the branch, enlightened by the CEO S inspection as to work planning, was fully ready for achieving new leaps and bounds in 2009.
