March 28th, 2009, local staffs and distributors of Tasly Zambia held a special motivation meeting successfully in Chrisma hotel.
The meeting started with speeches by two Zambian distributors who had just returned from the international training seminar for senior distributors in Malaysia. They shared their experience with others, which encouraged everyone greatly at the venue.
Wonderful programs directed by distributors were performed during the meeting. The programs covered dramas about distributors and Tasly Business, games to improve individual and team awareness, thank-giving actions by downlines to their uplines, uplines giving gifts to downlines, and the company awarding prizes to instructors and some distributors. The motivational games originating from Malaysia achieved good results. This meeting was really amazing in its motivational effects and some nonmembers joined the Tasly Business right after the meeting.
As 2009 moves on, Tasly Zambia will invest more resources to enhance the effects of motivational events and strive for better organizational result and quality of motivational meetings.
