First Sany Power Generator Rolls off Production Line

Sany Electric has successfully released a 1.5MW high-speed double-fed wind power generator in the afternoon of November 3, 2010. According to experts, this is the generator of the lightest weight, smallest temperature rise, best quality and the shortest time for R&D in China.

Thanks to the hard work of colleagues of the Electric Motor and Systems branch of the company, it took only 10 months between the start of R&D for this generator to seeing it rolling off the production line. This means a lot to Sany Electric. It s also of symbolic significance to the whole of Sany Group. It means that Sany now has its own electric motor business, said a R&D engineer.

GM of the Electric Motor and Systems branch Xianhao Ma noted in his speech at the ceremony: This is just the first step. Our goal is to become a benchmark company in the industry. We still have a long way to go.
