Think-tank conference on undertakings for the disabled held in Zhongshan District

On the afternoon of March 17, Yu Xiao, deputy district chief of Zhongshan District, chaired a think-tank working conference on undertakings for the disabled in Zhongshan District. During the conference, members from the think-tank made 11 suggestions on disabled people s rehabilitation, education, employment, social welfare, cultural life, etc. The purposes of the suggestions are to reinforce the collection of the employment guarantee fund for the disabled, and to increase the extent of investigation and implement supervision by the public through media. These suggestions also intend to strengthen social publicity so as to create a better social atmosphere for the undertakings of the disabled. Thus they can experience the achievement of the reform and opening-up policy and feel much happier.
