October 21-Dr. Ruan Wenxiao, Chief of the International Center from the University of Humanities and Social Sciences of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, paid a visit to GDUFS on October 15th. Mr. Liang Xuehong, Dean of the Institute of Education for International Students, discussed with him about the issue of running schools in cooperation. Office Director Wu Yan, Project Leader Zhou Quan and Chen Jihua, teacher from the Vietnamese department, Faculty of Asian Languages and Cultures also shared in the discussion.
GDUFS has built a close relationship the VietnamUniversity in terms of academic exchange for several years and Dr. Ruan's visit will further the substantive cooperation.

Sara Morgan, who is in charge of M.A students at the United StatesEmersonCollege, came to visit both the north and south campuses of GDUFS on October 18th. She was welcomed to GDUFS by Mr. Liang Xuehong, Ms. Zhou Quan and American expert Dr. Thomas. She also exchanged ideas with leaders from College of Art and School of Journalism and Communication.
Set up in 1880, EmersonCollege has cultivated batches of talent and its Art, Journalism and Communication majors carry a high reputation in the USA.
