October 15- Dr. Myszka Guzkowska from the University of Westminster visited GDUFS on October 11th. GDUFS Vice President Gu Yeli met with Dr. Guzkowska on the North campus. The dean of our International College and other officials were also at present. Both sides shared their intention of cooperation in teaching and research with the hope that they can enhance cooperation with Translation and Media majors.

Vice President Gu delivered a welcome speech to Dr. Guzkowska being that this was her first visit to GDUFS. President Gu spoke about the 10 year relationship between GDUFS and University of Westminster and their rapid development in international business. He also expressed his appreciation for the warm reception which students from GDUFS received during the Exchange Study Program at the University of Westminster this summer. With GDUFS' undergoing international education strategy, Mr. Gu hopes that the two universities will deepen their communication and improve cooperation on various fields.

Ms. Guzkowska also introduced two outstanding majors at the University of Westminster---Translation and Media. She indicated that the two Universities had made great achievements together during thier long-time partnership. With great interests in GDUFS' new strategy, she is counting on further cooperation in the future. She believes that for the same goal of internationalism, the two universities can strengthen communication and maintain their long-term cooperative relationship. Mr. Gu also expects a win-win situation in the future.
