4+1+X Longquan city Modern Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance of colleges and universities co-founded by Zhejiang A&F University, Zhejiang University and Longquan local government successfully signed at Longquan governmental conference center on the morning of September 15th. Bao Binfu, vice president of our university participated in the signing ceremony.
In the signing ceremony, Bao Binfu addressed to surely provide scientific and technological support for Longquan and well organize intramural resources support working alliance. Signing of the contract of 4+1+X Longquan city Modern Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance of colleges and universities is not only objective requirement of ZAFU to build an innovative university, but also a realistic need to promote cooperation between universities and cities to a higher level and into broader areas. ZAFU will help Longquan draw up characteristic industrial development plan according to Longquan local advantages, based on combining learning with research and production, resolve technological bottleneck, achieve advantage complementation and resource sharing, encourage technological conversion successfully, motivate Longquan local industrial development so that people truly enjoy the benefits, and reach mutually beneficial goals.
After the ceremony, industrial chief specialists from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang A&F University, Zhejiang Industry and Commerce University and Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as well as representatives from Lishui Science and Technology Bureau, appropriate departments and enterprises had a discussion on related issues over targets, work instructions, institutions setting and methods of operation of the Alliance, and published opinions and proposals on countermeasures to further promote development of the Alliance.
