He suggested that economy growth be promoted in the following ways. First, traditional concepts of value need to be incorporated with advanced ones so as to tap its huge potential. Second, the construction of China s financial system in all respects should be improved, the financial legislation should be strengthened to be integrated into the world system. Third, a proper attitude needs to be adopted toward the business cycle and the changes in the financial market. Fourth, the concept of value should be combined with the market and attention needs to be called to the future value. Finally, Dr. Kevin A. Rhein answered the questions raised by the students.
Dean of the College of Economics and Management made the concluding remark in which he hoped that the students of ZSTU could update their concepts, correctly understand the relationship between traditional values and foreign values and improve themselves so as to adapt to the new situations and grow into the talents essential to the national construction.
