From October 20 to 22, 2008, SNNU has signed 2 agreements with the education departments of Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (NHAR) on the joint effort in building the experimental zones for the innovative education of teachers respectively in Xining and Yinchuan . Fang Yu, president of SNNU and Zhao Bin, the vice president, attended the two signing ceremonies. Cai Guoying, the assistant chairman of NHAR, Guo Hu, the director of Education Department, deputy director Zhao Zixia, inspector Zhang Guangping, and Wu Hongjun, the head of the teachers resource office and other leaders attended the agreement signing ceremony. Wang Yubo, the director of the Education Department of Qinghai Province, the deputy director Gao Haibin, and Duan Hongwei, the head of the Elementary Education attended the agreement signing ceremony. Besides the above mentioned leaders, Sun Binghong, the Director of SNNU s Administrative Office, Dang Huaixing the Dean of Studies, Shi Yun, the Director of Teachers Education Office and those who are in charge of the local education of the two provinces also attended the ceremonies.
