Freshman Orientation for International Students Held

On the afternoon of March 17, Office of International Exchange and Cooperation (OIEC) held freshman orientation for International students at Room 206, ZhishanBuilding.

Over 50 freshmen from 9 countries attended the orientation. Tang Cunzhong, Deputy Director of OIEC, made a warm speech to welcome the International students to study and live in HNU and to wish them a successful study and a happy life here.

Tang Bei, officer of Public Security Bureau of Yuelu District, was invited to give an introduction to laws and rules on exit-entry administration and security guide in daily life and study.

To help the freshmen have a preliminary knowledge about the environment around, OIEC played the video to introduce Hunan and HNU, distributed Overseas Students Handbook, and emphasized the school regulations among other things.
