In the afternoon of November 16^th, Law-enforcement Inspection Group of the NPC Energy Conservation Law , led by Ms. Chen Zhili, vice-chairperson of the NPC standing committee and Chairperson of the All-China Women s Federation, composed by Mr. Wang Guangdao, member of the NPC standing committee, chairman of committee of the NPC Environment and Resources Protection Committee, Mr. Zhou Yuan, member of the NPC Environment and Resources Protection Committee, Ms. Meng Xiaosi, deputy secretary of Party Committee, vice chairman and member of the secretariat of the All-china Women's Federation, and other NPC deputies, accompanied by Mr. Jin Shanzhong, deputy director of Shanxi Province People's Congress Standing Committee, visited TISCO and made an inspection on the implementation of Energy Conservation Law . Ms. Chen zhili, in her inspection, pointed out: the work of energy saving and emission reduction in TISCO has got a significant achievement, and became a new development mode and new benefit growth point for TISCO, TISCO is a demonstration enterprise of recycling economy energy conservation and emission reduction among the metallurgical industry.

Ms. Chen zhili, first listened the work report of TISCO developing circular economy and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in Garden International Hotel conference center, subsequently, visited the key projects of TISCO energy saving and emission reduction.

Mr. LiXiaoBo, TISCO president, made the work report to the inspection group in Garden International Hotel conference center. The company leadership Mr. Yang Haigui, Mr. Hu Yuting and Mr. Gao Xiangming attended the reporting.

In recent years, with conscientious implementation of the Energy Conservation Law and other relevant laws and regulations, TISCO insisted on the road of Green development and realized whole flow of cleaner production by supporting of technology innovation and management innovation as well as advocating saving, environmental protection, civilized production mode. During "11th Five-year Plan" period, TISCO gained a number of technical innovation and management innovation achievements by investing of 8.2 billion yuan, applying advanced technology of energy saving and emission reduction, and implementing 87 key energy conservation and emission reduction projects, as well as improving energy saving equipment level. Main indexes like comprehensive energy consumption, new water consumption, smoke-dust emissions, chemical oxygen demand etc. for steel per ton reached the advanced level in the industry. During "12^th Five-year" period, TISCO will construct the demonstration enterprise of energy saving and emission reduction and recycling economy in metallurgical industry and fulfill her social responsibility by insisting on green development, giving full play to the function of steel enterprise energy conversion and waste disposal application.

Ms. Chen Zhili pointed out, TISCO promoted enterprise unceasing improvement by according to the development idea of circular economy, energy saving and emission reduction, taking circular economy, energy saving and emission reduction as enterprise culture idea and management idea, and realized the whole process of cleaner production through the introduction, digestion, absorption and integration of innovation. TISCO gradually formed a new development mode and new benefit growth point, got significant achievements, could be considered as demonstration enterprise of recycling economy energy conservation and emission reduction among the metallurgical industry.

Ms. Chen Zhili emphasized that TISCO new technology and new achievements of energy conservation and emission reduction with high and also quite advanced technology content, is a model for domestic enterprises to learn, deserving for popularization and promotion in every enterprise in our country. The relevant departments and the industry association of the state should encourage and support the widely spreading and promotion of TISCO energy saving and emission reduction technology and advanced experience in nationwide enterprises by market leading, policy incentives and administrative means, in order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction technology in national enterprises.
