InnoTrans 2008, the International Trade Fair showcasing Railway Technology, will be held in Berlin from September 23 to 26, 2008. CNR is participating as an exhibitor in this event.
Headquartered in Beijing, CNR has 100,000 employees divided among over 20 subsidiaries, of which are Chinese leading manufacturers in diesel locomotives, coaches and wagons. CNR is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture, refurbishment and overhaul and lease locomotives and rolling stocks. The annual output of CNR is 370 electric locomotives, 460 diesel locomotives, 2,300 passenger coaches and multiple units, 1,100 urban railway vehicles and 26,000 freight wagons, which share over half of the Chinese market, and are exported to over 30 countries worldwide.
