Three Sichuan Companies of CSR Aiming at Double Halves

Three Sichuan companies of CSR Ziyang Locomotive Works, CSR Meishan Rolling Stock Co.Ltd and Chengdu Locomotive and Rolling Co., Ltd. have resumed production, after taking a series of emergency measures to make good arrangements for the daily life of the staff and security inspections. The persons in charge of each company said they have confidence for achieving original production and operation task this year, and finish half of the task within halt of the fixed time at the end of June.

On May 20, Chengdu Company received an emergency call from Chengdu Railway Bureau to help them rapidly repair four diesel locomotives used for transferring materials and the injuried in quake-stricken areas. Within just two days, the company put the four locomotives into normal operation as scheduled or ahead of time.

At present, the company is organizing all forces into the mission of repairing beforehand 40 vehicles used for transferring the injuries in quake-stricken areas on demand of Chengdu Railway Bureau. General Manager of the company Zeng Jizong said, We are in front line of earthquake relief, so we should firmly guarantee the railway transportation here and share the responsibility through promoting production and ensuring railway transportation!

It s said that Ziyang Company decided to carry out the work system of six days per week recently, striving for more than one month to make up for the lost time. Staff of CSR Sichuan companies promise to work hard, produce and repair high-quality vehicles for railway transportation, which present the best support for quake relief of the CSR staff in quake-hit areas!
