Chen Run'er Talks with the Disabled on "Changsha Dialogue"

Chen Run'er is talking fece to face with the disabled.

Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee Chen Run'er presented for the third time on the TV show of "Changsha Dialogue-Our Care Accompanies Your Self-reliance" on Nov. 13 and had face-to-face communication with over 30 representative handicapped people, showing his care and respect for the disabled with his words and actions.

"Addressing people's appeals requires finding a way out at the institutional level." Secretary Chen stated, "The communication with the disabled friends today enables me to feel the optimistic attitude, strong will and relentless spirit of them. As members of the Party committee and people's government, we should guarantee their basic livelihood, meet their rehabilitation demands, implement employment policies for handicapped people and safeguard their legitimate interests.

Mr. Chen hoped that the disabled people could carry forward the spirits of self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-support. He also hoped that everyone could show more care and provide more help to those disabled.
