COSL is the leading provider of oilfield services in the offshore China market. The Company owns and operates a fleet of 12 drilling rigs, including nine jackups and three semi-submersibles. As an integrated oilfield services company, COSL also offers a full range of well services, including logging and downhole services, such as drilling fluids, directional drilling, cementing, well completion and well workovers.
COSL has a fleet of 57 offshore support vessels and also operates five oil tankers. The Company also offers geophysical services to complete its services scope for offshore oil and natural gas exploration projects. COSL has been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since November 2002.
