On July 19, the management of COSL inspected the parade of sixteen teams formed by its newly recruited staff at the playground of the University of Naval Engineering (Tianjin District) after they completed a ten-day intensified training programme to acquire factory knowledge, indicating that the Yr2007 factory training of new staffs had successfully reached its final stage.
COSL's chief executive officer and president Yuan Guangyu, COSL's vice president Xu Xiongfei and the dean of the University of Naval Engineering (Tianjin District) also participated in the parade inspection, showing the management's high expectation on the new staffs'work in the factory as well as their contribution to the corporate.
