COSL received High Technology Enterprise Accreditation again

(31 December 2008 - Beijing) China Oilfield Services Limited ( COSL or the Company , HKSE stock code: 2883, SSE stock code: 601808) announces that it has received a High Technology Enterprise Accreditation which will be effective for a period of three years, during which the Company will benefit from the national preferential policy, with corporate profit tax rate at 15%.

This High Technology Enterprise Accreditation that COSL received was awarded after stringent nomination and selection process in accordance with the newly enacted Printing and Issuing of the Guidelines for the Administration of the Recognition of Hi-tech Enterprises promulgated by The Ministry of Science and Technology, The Ministry of Finance and The State Administration of Taxation.
