On the morning of March 21, at the Center for Disability Employment Management, the first job fair for the disabled was held, with the participation of 19 enterprises needing employees and 300 disabled job-seekers, at which 131 job-seekers reached agreement of intent with the employers.
Renowned enterprises such as Dalian Alpine Electronics Co. Ltd. and IBM Co. Ltd. were at the fair providing positions including BPO financial process commissioner, software test engineers, accounting, tally clerks, cashiers and lathe operation, etc.; both numbers of employers and categories of positions have increased from earlier. At the Center, two electronic touch-screens were set up in the hall with all the information of employers and qualification for positions, convenient and intuitive for the disabled job-seekers.
