Taking the implementation of the Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Program as an important part of the district s Year of Improvement of People s Livelihood, Xigang Population Family Planning Commission has inaugurated Three Projects on Reproductive Health Care Healthy Family so as to offer residents in the area all-round, multifaceted and high-quality family planning services. First, a free health care project : they will conduct reproductive healthexaminations for one hundred families for pregnancy planning; conduct cervical cancer screens for one thousand married women from low-income families, and reproductive health tests for ten thousand married women. Second, a promotion of harmony project : they will organize one hundred lectures on health care in communities, barracks and enterprises; offer one thousand newlyweds one-stop services for healthy marriage and procreation; and distribute a love package of family planning to ten thousand households. Third, a security and peace project : they will give assistance in adolescent reproductive health to one hundred teenagers; buy "family planning accident insurance" for one thousand children from low-income and one-child families; and provide a series of family planning services for ten thousand of the floating population.
