Recently, the major of Ecology in ZFU has been approved by the Ministry of Education, and start to enroll new students from 2010. Furthermore, according to the document published by Zhejiang Educational Office, the major of Wood Science and Engineering have been approved by the Ministry of Education as the sixth set of construction points of featured major. Since then, the total number of majors in ZFU has been increased to 51, four of which are the construction points of featured major.
