In the morning of October 28th, Ms. Marie Heraughty, Head of International Affairs of Dublin City University, visited SIFT. Nie Qing, dean of the School of International Business and Qiu Guixi, dean of the School of International Studies, received and held a talk with the guests.

During the talk, each side introduced separately their international exchanges. They also had discussions about the cooperation in faculty and student exchanges.

Founded in 1980, Dublin City University is an emerging state-owned university in Ireland, enjoying an international reputation in education and research, especially in computer science, electronic engineering, business, etc. Located in the northern suburbs of Dublin, it has achieved an enrollment of more than 7000 students, among whom 270 are Chinese.
