The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and the China Youth Union decided that 30 youths awarded with the 14th Chinese Youth May Fourth Medal, and NPU alumnus Ren Quanbin is one of them. The medal is the highest honor for excellent Chinese youth.
Ren Quanbin was born in October 1970, obtained his PhD degree and graduated from the major of jet propulsion theory and engineering at NPU. He is the director general of No. 41 Research Institute of the Fourth Academy of China Aerospace Science Corporation. He solved several technical problems for Shenzhou No. 7 Spaceship R&D.
