Delegation of Kazan State Technical University Receives Training at NPU

President Jiang Chengyu met with the delegation of 21 people from Kazan State Technical University who come to NPU for training. Present at the meeting are Tang Hong, director of Office for International Cooperation, Chen Jianyou, director of Personnel Division, Wang Junbiao, director of Science and Technology Division, Li Yulong, vice dean of Graduate School Li Hejun, dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering Zhou Xingshe, dean of School of Computer Science and Engineering, Zhang Dinghua, dean of School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhan Hao, deputy director of Development Planning Division and Zhi Xizhe, deputy director of Office of Teaching Administration.

President Jiang reviews the cooperation between the two universities and points out that they should take concrete measures to carry out their personnel exchange and research cooperation. He says that NPU will make all-out efforts to provide the delegation with good training arrangements.

The delegation of Kazan State Technical University will stay at NPU to be trained for two weeks. This is a return visit of the former because NPU Vice President Weng Zhiqian led her delegation of professors from School of Automatic Control visited it before. More importantly, this is a good opportunity for the two universities to carry out their more in-depth cooperation.

The delegation will have a comprehensive understanding of NPU's student education, faculty members, education and research, laboratories, internationalizing processes and development plans. They will conduct their academic exchange with School of Aeronautics, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Power and Energy, School of Electronics Engineering, School of Automatic Control, School of Computer Science and Engineering and School of Life Sciences.
