2011 German Higher Education Exhibition opens at SCUT

On the afternoon of Mar.15, the opening ceremony of 2011 German Higher Education Exhibition, sponsored by Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) and SCUT, was held at Bldg. 31 beside the west lake on North Campus. Mr. Wolfgang Kessler, Deputy Consul-General of Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Guangzhou, and ZHU Min, vice-president of SCUT, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech respectively.

German Higher Education Exhibition has been held at SCUT for three times since 2006. The exhibition of 2011 involves more than 10 higher education institutes and research institutes, including famous universities like Universitat Freiburg and Universitaet zu Koeln, and application-oriented research universities like N rnberg Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences and Fachhochschule Jena.
