To promote international cooperation on production, education and research, and to carry out basic research and core technological innovation on micro-/nano-electronic system integration field, the Micro-/Nano-Electronic System Integration Center (MESIC), jointly established by USTC and Institute of Microelectronics of CAS (IMECAS), was opened in USTC campus on September 18th.
More than 60 executives, leaders, experts and professors from over 20 famous chip foundries, colleges and IC enterprises attended this grand activity in domestic IC industry. The opening of the research center indicated that a talent team and a platform for the combination of production, education and research in micro-/nano-electronic system integration field are taking shape.
