On May 7, a five-member delegation from the United States paid a visit to Jiangnan University. The delegation consists of Professor Andy Ogden, Chair of Graduate Industrial Design at Art Center College of Design in California, former vice president of design for Walt Disney Imagineering R&D and an influential car designer for Honda Research of America, and Geoff Wardle, Director of Advanced Mobility Research at Art Center College of Design, etc.
Director of the International Office and leaders of School of Design at Jiangnan University warmly received the visiting guests and showed them around the exhibition hall of School of Design. The guests expressed their admiration to the design works of School of Design and their wish to conduct further exchanges and cooperation with Jiangnan University.
After the meeting, the delegation gave the students a lecture on the topic of The Future of Vehicle Design an American Perspective, which was well received by all the students present.
