The reporter learned from the Commerce Department that the total export-import volume of Heilongjiang foreign trade is 6.687 billion dollars in the first quarter. There into the export is 3.36 billion dollars, increasing 30.8%. The import is 3.33 billion dollars, increasing 60.8%.
