Sponsored by China Oil Painting Society and Beijing Fine Art Academy, an exhibition about Yan Zhenduo s oil paintings is currently on display at Hall 1 until April 15, 2009. The exhibition comprises a total of more than 60 masterpieces.
Born in Hebei province in 1940, Yan Zhenduo was graduated from the Oil Painting Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is the first-level artist of Beijing Fine Art Academy, a member of the Oil Painting Art Committee of China Artists Association and deputy secretary-general of China Oil Painting Society. The exhibition is a comprehensive demonstration of his works as an overview of his devotion and dedication to the art in the past half century.
