Sponsored by Ministry of Culture of the People s Republic of China and Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Finland, an exhibition called Women s rooms: artisitc works by Finnish women artists from 1870 to 1990 is currently display until 13 April, 2009 at Hall 3.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Finland and China. As the biggest Finnish cultural event held in Beijing this year, the exhibition comprises a total of 72 works of art by 15 Finnish female artists from the collection of the National Gallery of Finland.
