China Bohai Bank Opens a Branch in Changsha

China Bohai Bank Changsha Branch officially opened on the morning of Dec. 26, 2010. This is the 3rd branch of China Bohai Bank opened in central and western China, following Taiyuan Branch and Chengdu Branch, and also the 13th in China in accordance with its national strategic layout. Vice governor of Hunan Province Han Yongwen attended the opening ceremony.
China Bohai Bank Changsha Branch, upon its establishment, serves as the bridge connecting two national comprehensive reform pilot areas, namely Tianjin Binhai New Area and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster.
President of China Bohai Bank Liu Baofeng addressed the opening ceremony. Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster has become the engine and core growth pole of the economic development in central China and Hunan Province, and it enjoys increasingly prominent policy advantages and development potential, said Liu. The newly-established branch will quickly integrate itself into the regional financial market and strive for the coverage of its Changsha-based businesses in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster, in a bid to speed up its business development in Hunan and across central China.
