On the morning of March 19, Chen Run'er, secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, declared the opening of Changsha's introduction and reserve of 10,000 young talents fair in 2011.

4,829 outstanding talents from colleges and universities within and outside Hunan Province attended the fair on the first day, 3,848 of whom showed employment intention with the employing units.

There are 5,317 new posts provided by more than 332 employing units ranging from Party and government organizations, public institutions, research institutions and enterprises. During the fair, different forms of interviews will be staged.

Secretary Chen extended his warm welcome to the outstanding participants. He noted that the project is scheduled to introduce and reserve 10,000 young talents, but the objective will vary correspondingly in accordance with the development of the city. He also vowed to take talent cultivation as a task of permanent importance for Changsha's development and would cling to the policy.

Young talents will be warmly welcomed to devote themselves to Changsha, give full play to their intelligence, fly their dreams and realize their self value, said Changsha Mayor Zhang Jianfei when delivering a speech.
