At the invitation of our university, Mr. Le Van Quy, Director General of Education and Training Department of Dien Bien Phu visited our university on Oct. 8th2009.
Vice president Wang Libin met with the Vietnam delegation and held a friendly talk. During the meeting, The two sides not only showed strong confidence and willingness in carrying out future cooperation programs, but also reached a cooperative agreement. According to the newly signed agreement, the Education and Training Department of Dien Bien Phu will send students and public officials to our university for further tainting.
Vice president Wang Libin visited Dien Bien Phu in September 6th 2009.
