On the afternoon of April 9, LI Wenyue , the Chairman of GDH Limited, paid a visit to SCUT.
President LI Yuanyuan expressed his warm welcome to Chairman LI Wenyue. He gave a detailed introduction of the school history, teaching concepts and innovative talents training, especially the situation of production-education-research cooperation of SCUT to the guests.
Chairman LI Wenyue highly appraised SCUT's talents training and scientific research & innovation capacity. He said that GDH Limited hoped to take full advantage of SCUT's talents and scientific research strengths to achieve cooperation and common benefits on projects that both sides are interested in.
After the meeting, the guests visited the demonstration power plant of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells and energy-saving control system on south campus.
It is reported that GDH Limited is the biggest overseas comprehensive enterprise group that Guangdong has established so far. The company deals in various business sectors, including infrastructure, power supply, water supply, beer, leather, real estate, retail, hotel management and assets management, etc.
