CNR is developing new wagons for meeting the needs of heavy load and speed-up of Chinese railway.
Two prototypes of side-dumping car have passed performance test. The new wagons are built with new technology and material and feature long life-time, less maintain and high benefit. They are used for delivery ore with 25t axle-load and 120km/h speed.
Design schemes of 70T class gondola and box wagon have passed through examination of the Ministry of Railways. The experts appraised the new design reasonable and feasible on construction and character.
