The Transport International Fair of Cuba 2005 (FIT 2005) was held in Havana , Republic of Cuba on September 22nd to 24th, 2005. CNR presented the exhibition. The minister of Cuba Ministry of Communication, Vice-minister of China Ministry of Railways An Limin and President of Cuba Railways visited CNT stand. They expressed high appreciate for diesel locomotives manufactured by CNR.

110 companies from 21 countries joined the exhibition. They are mainly from Caribbean Sea Area, such as Cuba , Mexico , Venezuela , Panama , etc. and Europe, such as Spanish, Germany , France , Russia , etc.
There are many visitors in CNR stand. Featuring large beautiful pictures, brochures, discs and active DVD films, the stand introduced CNR locomotive and rolling stock products to Cuba and Caribbean Sea Area. CNR stand was awarded the honor of class A certificate. |

During the exhibition, many journalists of television, broadcast and newspaper covered CNT stand and reported it in TV news report, which made great reaction in Cuba . Many people knew that Cuba import 12 Chinese locomotives and came crowded in stand.
