CSR Acquires the Title of National Internal Audit Advanced Unit

In the national internal audit Double-first commendation conference in Beijing on May 13, China South locomotive & Rolling Stock Limited Company, CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd and CSR Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd won the honorary title of National Internal Audit Advanced Unit from year 2005 to 2007.

During the conference, Li Jinhua, the vice-chairman of National Committee of the Chinese People s Political Consultative Conference and honored chairman of China Institute of Audit, as well as Liu Jiayi, director of the National Audit Office of the People s Republic of China, awarded the national internal audit advanced units and individuals diplomas and certifications.

In the past two years, under the recognition and support of CSR and Party and government leaders of various units, each CSR audit department expanded audit goals, adjusted audit pivot and deepened audit contents, which have obtained remarkable achievements. The audit work broke through the bottleneck of supervision, gradually built the audit function system which combined supervision, appraisal and suggestion together.

Meanwhile, it took service to enterprises , management and efficiency as the theme, value-added audit as the goal, and realized the successful transformation of audit function.

The acquirement of this honor will further motivate various audit departments in the company to build the internal audit work system which owns advanced concept, perfect system, thoughtful service and effective monitoring, taking realizing the management goal of the limited company as the centre, taking risk as the orientation, monitoring as the mainline and governance as the target. This will make greater contribution to the sound and fast development of CSR.
