Wuhan Surveying-Geotechnical Research Institute Co., MCC Group (WSGRI) recently won an honorary title as National Elite Enterprise of Excellent Corporate Culture . This title was granted by China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture in one of the recognition events in relation to the establishment of corporate culture during the past 30 years since the reform and opening-up of China.
WSGRI has been placing emphasis on its corporate culture, with an entrepreneurial spirit featuring Engagement, Loyalty, Solidarity & Continuous Improvement . As a major driving force for business growth, the development of corporate culture has drawn greater attention from the corporate leaders under the circumstance of fierce market competition. Keeping pace with the times, they have been endeavoring to: (i) enrich the cultural connotation; (ii) cultivate WSGRI specific corporate culture; (iii) enhance the employees sense of belonging; and (iv) improve the advantages of corporate culture for promoting the realization of the overall strategic target of the enterprise.
WSGRI has received a number of titles of honor, including: (i) Civilization Enterprise of Wuhan City (2006); (ii) National Model Enterprise of Corporate Culture Establishment(2006); (iii) National Elite Enterprise of Corporate Culture Establishment (2007); (iv) National Trustworthy Enterprise in Exploration & Design Industry (2007); and (v) AAA Credit Enterprise in Building Industry of Wuhan City (2007).
