The 17th China Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. (17MCC) recently won two contracts for wind power installation projects respectively in Changling of Jilin Province and Tuoshan in Dalian City. The #30 Wind Power Plant (49.5MW) was the first general contracting project won by 17MCC that includes both civil works and equipment installation services. This project was invested by China Power Investment Corp., consisting of 33 wind power generators of 1500KW. Pursuant to the contract, the project is to be commenced on 10 April 2009, and installation shall be completed by 30 September 2009.
