Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. delivered a congratulatory letter to Changtian International Engineering Corporation (CIE) on 10 January 2009, cheering for the successful commissioning of the very first Sinter Expert Control System independently developed by CIE for the plant of Xinyu.
In the letter, Xinyu Iron & Steel expressed the gratitude to CIE on its great efforts for this achievement. The system was deemed to be fully functional with ideal control effect, and could well meet the requirements of the EPC Contract and the specifications on function of Sinter Expert Control System. The Employer spoke highly of the sincere cooperation and the innovative spirit of CIE, expecting CIE to make new achievement in the research and development of the Expert Control System for #7 Sinter Machine.
