Vice Secretary He Lifeng of Tianjin CPC Municipal Committee paid an inspection tour recently to the jobsite of piling works for A Zone of Tianjin Tianbao International Commerce Park, which was contracted by Shanghai Baoye Construction Corp., Ltd. (SBC-MCC).
According to the planning, the A Zone of Tianjin Airport Processing Zone covers a total area of 248,000 square meters, with an overall plot ratio of no more than 1.5. There will be around 30 individual architectures with reinforced concrete frame structure. The underground floorage area is 150,000 square meters, while the area above the ground is about 300,000 square meters,. Under this project, the foundation works of prestressed concrete pipe piles and square piles are contracted by a subsidiary of SBC-MCC.
Vice Secretary He conveyed the best regards to the workers on site, and was debriefed by the project chief on the project profile, construction technology, implementation progress of each building, the follow-up working plan, as well as the cold prevention and heat preservation measures taken by the Project Division. After learning the report, He Lifeng gave full recognition to the overall project execution progress and the achievements made by the Project Division during the past over one month.
