The roof ceiling of the bar production plant of Valin Steel built by SBC-MCC, has been nearly completed one month ahead of the schedule.
The proposed new site of Valin Steel is located in Jingjiang Economic Development Zone in Nanjing. Since the project was commenced on Aug. 8, 2008, SBC-MCC Nanjing Branch has overcome unfavorable factors such as high temperature in summer and the poor site conditions by well-knit organization and management to ultimately achieve the milestones indicated in the schedule. The contractor has received commendations from Valin Steel for its strong commitment to the contract and great performances on the site.
