Credit Card Tailored for Shaoyang Merchants Debuts in Changsha

The 3rd Anniversary Celebration of Shaoyang (Changsha) Chamber of Commerce & Spring Festival Party 2011 was held in Changsha on Jan. 23. The event brought together over 300 members to deliberate on the chamber's development strategy. It also witnessed the debut of Shaoyang Merchants' Kins Quasi Card, the first credit card tailored for Shaoyang businessmen.
The card features the integration of such functions as capital service, statistical analysis, information service, and membership management. In addition to the revolving line of credit, the cardholder may also, if necessary, apply for a temporary increase in the line of credit. With Langshan Mountain in Shaoyang city, one of the World Natural Heritage sites in China, being the background of its front, the card fully embodies the Shaoyang characteristic.
As one of the cradles of successful businessmen in Hunan, Shaoyang boasts a huge number of business giants. Among the merchants who are investing in Changsha, more than 100 thousand emerged from Shaoyang. With the help from Shaoyang (Changsha) Chamber of Commerce, Shaoyang Merchants' Investment Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Hunan Wangcheng Economic Development Zone at the Hunan Businessmen Conference 2010, to build the Great Hexi Trade & Logistics Zone, the largest project in Central South China.
