The 4th Session of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Dongguan Council opened this morning in the Conference Centre of Dongguan.
By 5:30 pm yesterday afternoon, a total of 126 proposals were received among which the economic development, talent introduction and physical and mental health of youth were identified as issues of great concern to many committee members.
According to Liu Shuji Chairman of the Dongguan CPPCC, their attention will focus on especially on the "Culture Benefiting People" project and the restructuring of old towns, old factory buildings and old village buildings. The transformation and upgrade of enterprises that major in processing with prefabricated materials or samples, as well as assembling with supplied parts will also be a focus of their work for 2010.
