A Dongguan-based enterprise, Juqian Furniture Co. Ltd, has created a kind of small home with two rooms and two halls. The homes, which cost only 60,000 yuan, can satisfy people's needs and now have been sold to Africa.

Different from traditional houses, the steel constructed dwellings can resist strong typhoons and earthquakes. They can be used for 15 years and 90% of its materials can be recycled for reuse. "All the raw materials for building these houses are provided by domestic companies," Mr.Jiang, the CEO Chairman of Juqian Furniture, explained.
"We have received orders from Africa. Currently we are making four sample houses there," said Jiang.
One of the innovations for the house is a vacuum sewage separation system, a comprehensive sewage disposal method. The technique, similar to that used in airplanes, can save water.
