Since last December when UN Climate Change Conference held in Copenhagen, low carbon emission has become the common focus of Chinese people. More and more communities and citizens are participatig into the social campaign of low carbon revolution. In Xicheng distict, an activity of low carbon living in communities is carried out in subdistrict offices of Xinjiekou and other streets. Experts and experienced citizens are invited into communities to teach knowledge about low carbon emission and how to save energy.
