University of La Verne Discusses Cooperation

March-30 On March 24, Jeffrey Nonemaker, Director of the International Admission Office of University of La Verne, visited the GDUFS School of English for International Business. Xie Yingdong, Secretary of the Faculty Party Committee and Vice President of SEIB, Guo Guihang, met with the guests. They discussed issues, such as student exchanges, cooperative education, oversea internship, teaching and research.

Guo Guihang warmly welcomed Dr. Nonemaker. He briefly introduced the majors, educational characteristics, current situation of foreign cooperation and the SEIB development program. Finally, he expressed his heartfelt wishes for good future cooperation.

Dr. Nonemaker thanked the leaders and the teachers for their hospitality. He also introduced the history, course situation and admission requirements at the University of La Verne. At the very end, he expressed his wish for a collaborative future.

In an effort to promoting the internalization of the faculty and in coordination with the GDUFS 310 project, the School of English for International Business has been meeting with foreign universities actively.
