SDJTU Delegation Successfully Visited Universities in West-Europe

SDJTU delegation headed by VP Shan Shufen returned on 26^th after their 10-day visit to Vrije Unviersity, Belgium and Fontys University of Applied Science, Holland.

During their stay in Vrije University, VP Shan held talks with Dr. Patrick De Baetselier, Dean of School of Science and Biological Science, Dr. Jacques De Ruyck, Dean of School of Engineering, Dr. Peter Schelkens, Dean of School of Electronic Information and Dr. Gustaaf Geeraerts, Dean of Brussels Institute of Contemporary China Studies (BICCS) on the possible cooperation in the fields of engineering mechanics and electronic information.

In Fontys University of Applied Science, VP Shan met with Ms. Bosmans from School of Science, Technology and Business management in Eindhoven Campuse, and Mr. Ouypore from School of Management, Economy and Law and Mr. Wessel Meijer, officer of International Office. She introduced the International Finance and Marketing Semesters and Short-term Culture Communication Program to them.

The visit initiated the international cooperation between SDJTU and universities in Belgium, and promoted the existing relationship between SDJTU and universities of Holland.
