2010 Jeanswest College Aid Fund Summit held at ZSTU

2010 Jeanswest College Aid Fund Summit was held at ZSTU on September 18^th. Present at the Summit were Yang Xiaoyu, Deputy Secretary-General of China Youth Development Fund, Liu Weiwen, Deputy General Manager of Jeanswest International (HK) Ltd., ZSTU Assistant Party Secretary Cheng Gang, leaders of youth development funds of all provinces, directors from Jeanswest branches, and principals in charge of college aid work from various schools and student representatives.

At the meeting Cheng Gang delivered the welcome speech in which he extended warm welcome to the present leaders and participants of the Summit and expressed sincere gratitude to China Youth Development Fund and Jeanswest International (HK) Ltd. for their enthusiasm for the public welfare work. Pan Fangyuan, Director of ZSTU Loving Heart Society of Jeanswest Hope Project, reported the achievements of the Society in the past five years. Student representatives from ZSTU and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology made their speeches in which they expressed their gratitude to China Youth Development Fund and Jeanswest International (HK) Ltd. for their persistent aid and promised to take on social responsibilities and pass on the good spirits.

At the meeting the aid recipients and Loving Heart Society members staged their inspiring performances which quite impressed the audience. Yang Xiaoyu and Liu Weiwen gave great comments on students achievements. And ZSTU, with the outstanding accomplishments in managing the project, was awarded Jeanswest College Aid Fund Distinguished Unit.
